Terms of service

1. Our service

TWS Visa is an independent digital service that helps users prepare information and organise documents for a UK visa application. Features, prices and any human review are shown before purchase.

2. Our role

We are not the UK Government, UKVI or a visa application centre. We do not issue visas, control processing times or guarantee approval. Unless expressly delivered by an appropriately authorised adviser, our content and readiness results are general preparation information and not regulated immigration advice.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide complete, accurate and current information.
• Review all answers and documents before official submission.
• Keep account credentials secure and report suspected unauthorised access.
• Use the service lawfully and only for yourself or someone who authorised you.
• Check current official requirements, fees and deadlines.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account or buy a service. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law.

5. Charges, cancellation and refunds

Prices, taxes and included services are displayed before payment. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase. If you ask us to begin a digital service during that period, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work supplied. If the digital service is fully completed after your express request and acknowledgement, the cancellation right may end. This does not affect rights you cannot legally waive. Government and visa-centre fees are separate unless expressly stated.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Visa rules and official processes can change. We may update content or features and will communicate material changes affecting a purchased service.

7. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, infringe rights, scrape the service, or create or submit false evidence.

8. Intellectual property

TWS Visa and its licensors retain rights in the service and original content. You retain rights in your information and grant us permission needed to provide the service.

9. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. TWS Visa is responsible only for foreseeable losses resulting from our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for UKVI decisions, official processing times, or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information you supply. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability law does not permit us to exclude.

10. Ending the service

You may stop using the service and request deletion. We may end or suspend access for material breach, security risk or legal necessity, normally giving notice where reasonable.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although you may also have mandatory consumer rights and may be entitled to bring proceedings where you live.
